the king studio is impeccably clean and has a coffeemaker and a telephone. you can see the ocean from your window. the location it has near both roosevelt campobello international park, other restaurant options, and the island is good and lovely.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Beautiful Double Room. The updated room was super clean, and I loved the outdoor seating with grills. Access to the beach was fantastic, and the sunsets were amazing! The staff was super helpful this a great value overall 🌅

Its location was great, close to other restaurant options and both Roosevelt Campobello International park and the Deer Island Ferry. Furthermore, very near the beaches we had hoped to explore on the straights. The room was fashionable and beautiful right on the water, we stayed in all day.

Had a wonderful time here, especially enjoying the amazing ocean view from our studio while sipping coffee on the patio. Friars bay inn & cottages is centrally located with quick access to local attractions on campobello island. The spacious room had a super comfy bed with the best pillows ever! The outdoor seating area with grills was great for enjoying the beautiful views. Plus, the staff was helpful.
